Morning: gentle gel face wash, niacinamide serum, oil-free moisturiser, sunscreen. Night: face wash, salicylic acid (a few nights a week) and a light gel moisturiser.
Ingredients to look for
Salicylic acid, niacinamide, tea tree, cica and zinc. Hyaluronic acid adds moisture without oil.
What to avoid
Over-washing and harsh scrubs: they make skin produce more oil. Never skip moisturiser.
