Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Secret Beauty when you use secret-beauty.in and buy from us. Please read them once. They are written to be clear, not to catch you out.

1About us

Secret Beauty is a beauty store at Shop No 4-8, Plot No 255, Swaraj Imperial, Sector 10, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210. You can reach us at secretbeautywebsite@gmail.com or +91 93263 88567, 8:30 am to 10:30 pm, every day.

2Your account

• You need an account to place an order. It keeps your orders, invoices, wallet and returns in one place.
• You must be 18 or older and give us true details, especially your delivery address and mobile number.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may pause or close an account that is used for fraud, fake orders or abuse of offers. We will tell you why.

3Products and prices

• Everything we sell is genuine and sealed. We buy from brands, authorised distributors or verified sellers.
• Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real product. Please check shades carefully.
• Product descriptions are a guide. Always read the label and ingredients on the pack before use.
• Prices include GST and can change before you place your order. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake on our side, we will contact you before shipping. You can then pay the correct price or cancel.

4Placing an order

Your order is confirmed when you see the order confirmation page and receive our email. We may cancel an order, and refund anything you paid, if:

• the item is out of stock or damaged in our store;
• the price or product details were wrong because of a mistake;
• we can’t deliver to your PIN code; or
• the order looks fraudulent.

We will always tell you if this happens.

5Payment

• Online: UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, our payment partner.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): available on eligible orders and PIN codes. We may call you or send an OTP to confirm a COD order. If there is a COD fee, you see it before you confirm.
• Secret Beauty wallet: use your wallet balance for all or part of an order.
• Gift cards can only be paid for online, not with COD.

6Your Secret Beauty wallet

• Wallet balance never expires.
• It can be used for any purchase on secret-beauty.in.
• It can’t be transferred to another person or withdrawn to a bank account, UPI or cash.
• If money is added to a wallet by mistake or through fraud, we may reverse it.

7Gift cards

• Gift cards are available from ₹200 to ₹10,000 and are emailed to the person you choose once your payment goes through.
• Each card has a unique code that can be used once, within 12 months of purchase.
• Once added to a wallet, the balance follows the wallet rules above.
• Gift cards can’t be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash, unless the law requires it.
• Please double-check the recipient’s email before paying. Treat the code like cash: anyone who has it can use it.
• If the email doesn’t arrive, send us your order number and we will send it again.

8Reward points

You earn reward points on orders, as shown in My account → Reward points. Points have no cash value and can’t be transferred. If we change how points work, we will tell you in advance.

9Products from verified sellers

Some products are sold by independent sellers we have checked and approved. The seller’s name is shown on the product page. For these orders, Secret Beauty still takes the payment, arranges delivery and handles any help or complaint you have.

10Using beauty products safely

Makeup, skincare, haircare and salon products can cause irritation or allergies in some people. Before using something new, do a small patch test, read the instructions and ingredients, and stop using it if your skin reacts. Our product information is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, please ask a doctor.

11Reviews

We show only genuine reviews from real customers. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, off-topic or advertising. When you post a review, you allow us to show it on our website.

12Things you agree not to do

• Place fake orders, or use someone else’s payment details or account.
• Misuse offers, coupons or refunds, for example by creating many accounts.
• Copy large parts of our website, or try to break into or overload it.
• Post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

13Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering what you ordered. We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as courier strikes, extreme weather or government restrictions, but we will always help you sort them out.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14Disputes and law

These terms follow Indian law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We will do our best to put it right. If we can’t agree, the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra will decide, and you can always approach a consumer commission.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms that applied when you placed them.
