2What you can contact us about

• Orders, delivery, cancellations and returns.
• Refunds, your wallet, gift cards and reward points.
• A faulty, damaged or wrong product.
• A product sold by one of our verified sellers.
• Your personal data: getting a copy, correcting it, deleting it, or withdrawing consent.
• Messages from us that you don’t want.

3How to raise a complaint

1. Write or call with your name, the email or mobile number on your account, your order number (if there is one), what happened, and photos if they help.
2. We acknowledge it within 48 hours and give you a reference number.
3. We look into it and may ask you for a little more information.
4. We resolve it within one month at the latest. Most complaints are sorted within 7 working days.

4If you’re not happy with our answer

Reply to our email with the word “Escalation” and the owner will review your complaint again personally. You can also contact:

• the National Consumer Helpline: call 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in;
• a consumer commission, online at edaakhil.nic.in;
• for personal data complaints, the Data Protection Board of India.

5Requests about your data

Most things you can do yourself, instantly, in My account → Privacy & settings: download your data, change which messages you get, delete your saved details, or delete your account. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will help.
