Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

1Where we deliver

We deliver only within India. Enter your PIN code on any product page to see if we deliver there and when your order should arrive. We don’t ship outside India yet.

2When your order ships

We pack most orders within 24 hours. At festival and sale times, or on public holidays, it can take up to 48 hours. Every product is checked and packed carefully in our Kharghar store.

3Delivery times

These are estimates. Weather, strikes or courier delays can sometimes slow things down. If that happens, we will keep you updated.

4Delivery charges

You always see the delivery charge before you pay.

5Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and PIN codes.
• We may call you or send an OTP to confirm a COD order before shipping it.
• If there is a COD fee, you see it at checkout before you confirm.
• Please keep the exact amount ready. Delivery staff may not carry change.
• If COD orders are refused again and again without a good reason, we may turn off COD for that account.
• Refunds for COD orders go to your Secret Beauty wallet.

6Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email or SMS, and on WhatsApp if you have chosen that. You can also see it any time in My account → My orders.

7If delivery doesn’t happen

If the courier can’t deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, or nobody answers the phone, the parcel comes back to us. We will contact you to arrange delivery again, which may cost the delivery charge again. If you paid online and don’t want it re-sent, we refund the order to your wallet, minus the delivery cost.

8If the parcel looks damaged

If the outer box is badly damaged, you can refuse the parcel, or take photos before opening it. Then tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out. See our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
