Orders are packed within 24–48 hours and usually reach metro cities in 3–6 business days. Delivery is free on orders of ₹1200 or more; below that a flat ₹140 applies.

You can cancel any order that has not been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp or call us with your order number and we will cancel it right away.

Refunds for approved returns are credited to your Secret Beauty wallet once the item reaches us and passes inspection.

Choose a design and an amount from ₹200 to ₹10,000 on our Gift Cards page. After online payment, the recipient gets an email with a unique code.

Enter the code at checkout, or add it to your wallet (My Account → Wallet) to spend the balance across several orders. Gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Report a damaged or wrong item within 48 hours.
